The science behind it all
The Research & Methodology
The goal of this study was to construct a psychometrically sound multidimensional battery of career decision-making for Indian students, which spanned three-phases. A brief summary of the first phase, the conceptual development of the Career Guidance 5-Dimensional Career Discovery Model, was reported in the prior section.
The second phase focused on item development and validation for the Career Guidance Battery, while the third phase focused on establishing its psychometric properties. In the section to follow, reliability and validity analyses results are summarised along with standardised norms.
